At Pixel Source our Art Director is in charge of the visual appearance of the project and how it communicates visually and psychologically to your target audience. Our Art Director will make decisions about the Visual elements utilized, the artistic style of the project. One of the main focus of the Art Director is to creative innovative creative concepts that translate desired moods, messages and underdeveloped conceptions into images. During the process of exchange of conceptions, the art director and the client work together to imagine what the culminated piece or scene will be like. Our Art director is responsible for the solidification of the vision of the collective imagination.
We understand the direction of creativity, not just as a visual experience but as an effective transcendence of the idea. Our role of the art direction is to direct and guide an audience through the information that is presented to them. We appreciate the content both from a visual standpoint as well as from a content standpoint. Through the design of visual elements we'll transmit the message resulting in ease of understanding of the public. Are Art direction serves as a mediator between the illustrations, writers and designers, and combine these disciplines to work in proximity with each other.
Supervising and unifying the vision.
We provide a coordination among the different creative professionals involved in the project. Under the supervision of our experienced Art Director, crucial decisions throughout the project production are made. Our Art Director provides the responsibility that will evade the possible loops and mishaps in the development of the project. We'll avoid the wasting of time and productivity throughout the production.
At Pixel Source, our Art Director offers vigorous and flexible leadership. The main focus is leading and inspiring others in the production. Our Art Director will stay in touch with the project for its duration, inputting customarily and checking everything against what the target audience wants. We'll spend time understanding what the client's issues are, and verbalize the modifications and progress of the vision to the design team. We'll recognise the positive results and motivate the creative team to accomplish the main goal.

Inspire and mentor At Pixel Source, our Art Director knows there are aspects of management in the role. The Art Director is required to be able to critique people’s work, accomplish deadlines, stay within the project budget. But first and foremost our Art Director aims to inspire, guide and mentor those they lead. As the designers inject their individual personalities, tastes and style into their work, our Art Director inspires and motivates them. Even working within the confines of a certain brands guidelines, there is plenty of space for passion and originality.
It is our art director’s role to identify and understand the different talents each member brings to the team, an then conscientiously infuse them to compliment one another and ultimately producing an exhilarating final product. Our Art Director has to be open to influence, inspiration and the expertise of the people around them. It is pivotal that the Art Director appreciates each member of the creative teams strengths and maintains a clear vision of the media to directly reader clearly to the viewer.
